How does Betafi work? What is a Workspace?

It is your research communion where you can manage various research initiatives. Access in Betafi is managed at the Workspace level. All members within a Workspace can access all the projects and sessions. You can add or remove team members under Workspace settings.

What are Projects?

It is the research initiative for which you use Betafi to conduct the research sessions. There are two types of projects on Betafi: Usability Testing and User Interviews.

User Interview: You would want to create a User Interview project when you want to validate your ideas or concept or to better understand your user’s needs to build a product that they will love.

Usability Testing: It is recommended when you want to test your design prototypes or live website to gather usability feedback (like time taken to complete a task, number of clicks etc.) on your designs and workflow.
