Founder Message
We built this tool during our time working as management consultants for a global consulting firm. We loved our job, but we just knew since the beginning that we wouldn’t be working as consultants for the rest of our life. This brought us to a very important question which was very difficult to answer at that time: who do we want to become in 10 years?
One day, we decided to block 60 minutes of our calendar on a Sunday for a “Personal Strategy Session” to apply some of the best practices in strategy development that we learned during our time working as management consultants as well as those we learned from books and research papers on individual success and achievement.
The result of that session was incredible, it gave us a crystal clear direction to strive for in life, boosted our confidence, and got us feeling excited every day we wake up (knowing that each day will get us closer to our north star).
We felt that if a 60-minute session can bring so much value into our lives, it could potentially do so for millions of other people in the world too. That’s when we made it clear that helping others live exciting, joyful, and purposeful careers was our passion and purpose in life.
