Yes! Basic users can collaborate on mind maps with paying users.

To fix certain issues, you may need to grant Meister’s Customer Success team access to your account(s). Once the Customer Success team has support access, they will be able to view and resolve reported issues directly from your account.

No. In MindMeister, you can share mind maps with any other user and collaborate with them on your maps. You do not need to be part of the same team in order to collaborate, nor do you need to be on a paid plan.

Please make sure you aren’t using multiple accounts on MindMeister.

You will receive “access denied” if you try to access a map from an invitation email was not shared with your MindMeister account. The mind map has to be shared with the email address of your standard MindMeister account.
