Where can I import data?

Go to settings → import.

What kind of data can I import?

You can upload .xlsx files, we provide templates for the import. Person and organization contacts can be imported, including custom fields.

How can I add more users?

Go to settings → users and simply add the emails of the people you want to invite. You can add as many users as your Lifetime-plan contains. If you want to add users that exceed the amount included in your plan, message us via email at sales@samdock.com.

What integrations do you have?

We currently have integrations to Zapier – which allows you to connect with 3000+ other tools and lexoffice for offers and invoices. More integrations are already in planning. We’re always happy to hear your requests on our roadmap.

How can I sync my calendar?

For all LTD users only IMAP/SMTP email sync is included. However, a sync package which also includes calendar sync can be added for 1,50€/month/user. Drop us a message at sales@samdock.com.

How can I sync my mail?

Go to settings → My email & calendar. As an LTD-User you can sync your email via IMAP/SMTP.

Where can I add custom fields?

Go to settings → Custom fields. You can create custom fields for persons and organizations.

What’s the difference between leads and deals?

In Samdock, a contact is the central point of information. You can create multiple leads and multiple leads for each contact. Leads are used to pre-qualify potential customers before you transfer them onto one of your deal pipelines.
